An old fashioned flour milll in a wood cabinet. The stones can grind any hard grain, such as wheat, spelt, rye, corn, etc. I believe these old mills were originally sold as kits that people or businesses put together.
Note that the unit is a bit difficult to clean, given its construction, but I tested it on some wheat berries and it did a fine job making whole wheat flour.
